We call them hashes. A hash, like {this} causes content to be inserted in place of the hash when a page is displayed. For example, when {news} is inserted into a page, when a visitor requests a page, the {news} hash will be replaced with the news content.
RSS is a family of web feed formats used to publish frequently updated works-such as blog entries, news headlines, audio, and video-in a standardized format. An RSS document (which is called a "feed", "web feed", or "channel") includes full or summarized text, plus metadata such as publishing dates and authorship. Web feeds benefit publishers by letting them syndicate content automatically. They benefit readers who want to subscribe to timely updates from favored websites or to aggregate feeds from many sites into one place. RSS feeds can be read using software called an "RSS reader", "feed reader", or "aggregator", which can be web-based, desktop-based, or mobile-device-based.
It limits the length of a call and thereby limits your liability. It prevents a call from depleting the funds in your Twilio account.

The Sitemaps protocol allows a webmaster to inform search engines about URLs on a website that are available for crawling. A Sitemap is an XML file that lists the URLs for a site. This allows search engines to crawl the site more intelligently. Sitemaps are particularly beneficial on websites where some areas of the website are not available through the browsable interface, or webmasters use content that is not normally processed by search engines.
